PEERS Online

Let’s get together on Zoom and learn about PEERS! Typically taught in person, however due to the pandemic, Zoom allows us to see and converse with each other in a typical lesson format. Interaction and participation is strongly encouraged between participants. Homework practice and parental involvement required.

PEERS stands for the Program for the Education and Enrichment of Relational Skills and is world renowned for providing evidenced-based social skills treatment for adolescents and young adults with autism spectrum disorder, attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder, anxiety, depression and other socio-emotional problems. Some topics covered are: entering conversations, trading information, dealing with teasing and bullying as well as many other social skills.

Program is $1000, for ages 13-18 and includes 16, one hour sessions for students and 8, thirty minute sessions for parents.
