DESCRIPTION:Let’s get together on Zoom and learn about PEERS! Zoom allows us to see and converse with each other in a typical lesson format. Interaction and participation is strongly encouraged. Homework practice and parental involvement required. PEERS teaches adolescents ages 13-18 to enter conversations\, trade information\, deal with teasing and bullying as well as many other skills. 16\, 1 hour sessions. $800 (If possible\, we may add some in person sessions )

DESCRIPTION:Using Taming Worry Dragons and other sources\, we will identify worries and develop cognitive and behavioural tools to reduce their impact on our daily lives. Class is taught in an engaging format and practicing the class taught tools at home is encouraged. Includes a short parent debrief and homework. Ages 6-12\, in eight 1 hour sessions $400 We will use Zoom for our meetups.
