Program Overview

Kids and teens will learn to plan and organize, stay focused, finish tasks and reach goals as well as other EF skills. We do an assessment in the first class to target each student’s strengths and weaknesses.

Primarily for kids aged 10-17 although this program can be adapted to suit those outside of this range. I developed this program after studying 7 different approaches and refining what I believe are key executive functioning skills. In the initial intake and first class, we will assess and decide on target areas. My program combines individual sessions to define goals and troubleshoot, and group sessions to practice, connect and learn from each other. Lots of fun games are incorporated and the group format helps keep kids accountable. Some topics covered are: time management, planning, goal setting, and flexibility.

This program includes 3 individual and 10 group sessions.

  • Age Group: 10 to 17 years old
  • Sessions: 3 Individual and 10 Group sessions
  • Class Duration: 1 Hour
  • Fees: $855 CAD
